Bees of the World is an illustrated exploration of honey bees and the fascinating diversity found among bees worldwide. The video introduces different types of bees, including the world’s smallest and largest, along with a selection of interesting facts about these important pollinators.
I developed the project from concept to finished animation, creating the script, visual concept, artwork, graphic design, and animation. Hand-drawn bee illustrations are combined with simple motion and clear information design to make the subject engaging and accessible.
The project shows how natural history illustration can extend into educational animation and visual storytelling, turning factual information about wildlife into a dynamic digital format.
